Lately, I have been having a lot of stress and most of it comes from worry. I worry about what I will do to pay bills, how friends and family are, things I have or haven't done. I often forget to just breathe and do one thing at a time.

Worrying doesn't solve anything. Also, when you're worried about something you can miss what is going on right now. The quote has helped me to take a step back and realize life is short and I should take advantage of the time I have now. 




Be happy, do what makes you happy and if it doesn't, then stop. Enjoy life:)
